Saab
The first Saab automobile was designed and built in 1947 by a team of 16 Swedish aircraft designers who decided to apply deign and engineering concepts they had mastered in building jet aircraft to the automobile. Ever since, the Saab brand and its products have stood for cutting edge design and engineering. Saab joined the GM family in the year 2000 and is now one of GM’s key global brands.
