Off-The-Road Vehicle
I was there
Submitted by Don Omlie
An Advance Studio at GM Design Staff, designed an off-the-road vehicle (four passenger). Stan Parker was the Chief Designer, Pres Bruning was the Assistant Chief Designer, Don Omlie was the Engineer and Steve Stamus was the Modeler.
I drew up and had a wood seating buck built in our shops. The Pontiac Division borrowed the seating buck from Design Staff and it became the forerunner of the Chevy Lumina van.
