'64 Malibu SS

I was there...

Tell us your story >

My first muscle car. A 250 HP SS Malibu that I waited eight months for. The car was in so much demand that I waited and waited for the eight months. I was not disappointed when it arrived in April of 1964. It was factory-fast at 14.12 in the 1/4 mile and very beautiful.

It was a rare convertible with a price tag of 3,200 dollars. It weighted 3,152 lbs, so it was about a dollar a pound. I wish I had it today as they are worth many more times than the 3,200 dollars that I spent on it. Signed luvred
