Borgsdorf University
As a member of the Cadillac instructor staff, there were many new potential instructors and future field members who were exposed to Delmar (Del) Borgsdorf at the very onset of their careers at Cadillac. Many of the new hired people were required to learn all about the product and how to present the material in a very professional manner. Del knew the Cadillac product and wanted to be certain that all of his students were well versed and knowledgable with the new and past models. His insistence upon near perfection made the Cadillac instructor group the best in the corporation and the other divisions tried to emulate as much as possible the professionalism of that elite group. Del was a taskmaster who insisted upon every individual to be responsible and proud of the division they represented.
