A GM Pack Rat
I was there
I worked for BOP (Buick-Oldsmobile-Pontiac), as it was called in 1951, until I took a medical retirement in 1978.
I saved anything about the GM Fairfax (Kansas) plant: buttons, pictures, pinback buttons, keychains and thing given out at dinners. I have a large group of items of BOP GMAC deeds, but no story to cover them.
As you can tell, age has taken lot from my spelling and typing.
