GM was the leader in renewable fuel vehicles, with more than two million FlexFuel vehicles on the road across the U.S. FlexFuel vehicles offer the driver the choice of operating on either E85 bioethanol fuel, a blend of eighty-five percent ethanol and fifteen percent gasoline, or on traditional gasoline.
