1975 Chevrolet Caprice Classic Convertible

Bob Spurlock, my Dad, was a car salesman at Brewer's Chevrolet in Campton, Kentucky. In September, 1974 he bought a new 1975 Chevrolet Caprice Classic convertible. He knew that was going to be the last year for big car convertibles. The exterior color was Dark Midnight Blue with Blue carpet, White seats and a Blue dash. The convertible top color was White and the engine was a Small Block 400 with a 3 speed transmission.

I started driving it in May, 1980 and drove it until 1988. Dad gave the Caprice Classic convertible to my older Brother, who wrecked it by rolling it over 3 times. Last I knew it went to junk yard in 1990. Never saw the car again. My Dad passed away December 24, 2001.
